These Terms govern your use of the Sealed Nectar Logistics website and services. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by them.

Services

We provide clearing, freight, warehousing and last-mile delivery services. All bookings are subject to acceptance and availability.

Quotations & Payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated (typically 14 days) and may be revised based on carrier surcharges, currency fluctuation or regulatory changes. Payment is due in line with the agreed terms before release of goods.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the terms of the Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, and to applicable international conventions. Cargo insurance is strongly recommended.

Prohibited goods

We do not transport contraband, narcotics, hazardous undeclared items, or any cargo prohibited by Nigerian law or destination-country regulations.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
